- This is a solidly build card for $30. It installed fairly easily. I initially downloaded and installed the latest driver manually. This made the card very slow and jittery. To fix this I install the default driver from the supplied disk, then automatically updated to the latest using Windows 7 driver update. Once finished, everything ran smoothly. Video is very smooth and saturated. I have posted off the rebate forms, etc, and will have to see how this fares.
