- Received product in timely manner ( don't follow tracking, they don't update status). Product did not work when first used, contacted vendor, they want to charge for return shipping of defective product they sent me. I have tried to return item, but have not received any response from both the Vendor, or Amazon. Will never use either again.Now stuck with a piece of garbage, with no way to get money back / exchange, or to even get a response from either vendor or Amazon for a disposition.This is a perfect exeample of why people don't want to shop online, ZERO customer support for defective item.Quick to take money, but turn their backs when a problem occures.
- Ordered this item.. it shipped quickly.. just installed it and its working great! Replaced and old 8500GT and I'm seeing a day and night difference. My machine is an old dell 4700, Pentium 4 @ 3.2GHz, 3GB DDR2 RAM. Trying to squeeze out a year or two more, this was the perfect solution. Cod4 works 50-60 fps high settings (no shadows)..Modern Warfare 2 works great as well. Did not try any of the more recent games...processor is severely limiting the gaming capabilities but I dont use this as a gaming machine, so it doesnt matterOverall Great card, great price. The card is small (as for low profile) and runs cool. Best upgrade for an older PC.
