  • Bought this as my GPU for my new PC, built expressly to play Battlefield 3. It works like a charm. Game plays smooth as butter on the highest graphics settings. Installation is trivially easy.
  • The unit is silent under no graphical load, but as soon as something shows up on the screen (movie, video game, or complex mouse movements) then the thing starts making a high-pitch buzzing noise. It's terribly loud during higher loads like video games; much louder than all of the cooling fans and noticeable over game audio. It sounds like electrical arcs; I read on EVGA forums that it's a condition called "coil-whine"... whatever that means. Either way, Amazon is currently in the process of accepting my return and I'm going to give a new, non-super clocked version of the 570 a try. Side note: I had a Corsair 850w PSU hooked up to this thing.UPDATE:I received a non-super clocked version…
