- a very good card that meets 95+ percent of needs for casual to moderate gaming. as a caution to anyone upgrading to a SLI/Crossfire compatible card (by anyone) the new video cards REQUIRE stable, clean power and they generate a fair to high amount of heat depending on the enclosure and level of intensity of the game.this is a ass-kicker for HTPC as you'd not need anything fancier.if you are upgrading the video card think long and hard about upgrading the psu because an old psu will get fried if you game even moderately.
