  • I have Windows XP SP 3 on an ASR motherboard, 12G RAM, circa 2008. All Windows updates installed except Windows Search 4.0.The instructions say to insert the CD and run Launch.exe. 2 things wrong with this. First, there is no Launch.exe on the CD; only a ZToolBar.exe. I found this same complaint on a review of the Zotac GT240, released in 2009, which means Zotac has been shipping cards for over 2 years without ever trying to install one themselves, or listening to feedback from their customers. Second, you absolutely should not insert the CD. You should download the new drivers from nvidia.com.   • I've been running this card in a Win 7 x64 setup for months and I love it. I bought this one specifically because it's fanless/silent and the previous card I had died on me a while back (it was a slightly older 400-series fanless NVidia card made by Sparkle). Another reviewer (from Jan 2012) seems to have had problems running this and/or installing the software on an XP SP3 machine... to that I can only say that it's been ten years and it may be time to upgrade your OS.I have only used the drivers supplied by my close personal friends in Redmond (through Windows Update) - the CD that came with the product went right in the trash.
