  • I just got into PC gaming because I decided I wanted to play Star Wars: The Old Republic. I've played a few games in the past like Diablo 2 but never did WoW. I'm an Xbox guy, but decided I wanted to do something different. My Dell XPS 420 was fairly stock: Intel Core 2 Quad 2.33 ghz CPU with a ATI HD3400 GPU. The game was unplayable. It was super choppy, the movement was odd and I kept dying because I couldn't aim. Even at the lowest settings the game hurt my eyes and was no fun.So I upgraded.Read a few reviews and found the MSI R6850 to be in the sweet spot for price and performance.   • Just bought this card about a week ago at a local retail place.I wanted a crossfire ready card which this one is. I've been waiting for PChardware graphics to drop in price and jump in performance. Been wanting toget back into Microsoft's Flight Sim, yet the last time I tried FSX my PC'sperformance was dismal.
