  • I bought this card because I was looking for a replacement for my 8800 gt which burnt out on me a couple of months ago, anyway when I got home and opened up my pc I found out that the card is BIG, it wouldn't fit in the space the slot was in, it took up the space of 2 slots. Well I wasn't going to let that little detail stand in my way so I made a few adjustments on the card and... Boooyaa!! it's working just fine. So in short be sure you have enoguh space (2 slots almost) on your PC.Peace.
  • I searched for a few weeks for a PCIe card that was around $50-100 that would also supply me with enough power to do some casual, to sometimes heavy gaming with newer games and could not for the life of me find one that wasn't a stripped down off the shelf model for my price range. I finally settled on this card, I was skeptical because it was a year or two old, but in its time was a very pricy high end card that still holds up to cranking up video settings on most newer games. I say most, because there was a few such as L.A Noire and Crysis that stuttered at high settings, but it was able to run them on medium settings smoothly which still look great for those games.
