- I am not a technical person. I buy things and expect them to work well at default settings. I had a Radeon HD5770, which is a very decent card. Playing SC2 at Ultimate graphics setting is beautiful. However, the card overheated in just a few hours of play. If you have seen an HD5770, you'd know it is encased in a plastic enclosure, with a tiny fan to cool the fast processing GPU. The card's temperature was 70C at idle, when all of my other components are at 35-40C. It wasn't cheap too!
