PowerColor ATI Radeon HD6850 1 GB DDR5 2DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort PCI-Express Video Card AX6850 1 GBD5-DH
  • This GPU is 9" long and will take up two expansion slots on the back of your case, so make sure your computer tower is large enough to accommodate it.I bought it for Star Wars: The Old Republic and get an average of 70 FPS at 1600x900 resolution, bloom and shadow turned on, and all graphics settings at high. Haven't yet seen the card heat to over 40 degrees Celsius.
  • I bought this directly as part of a computer from CyberPowerPC, but they sell a similar configuration on Amazon: CyberpowerPC Gamer Xtreme GXi220 Desktop Computer. Both share the Powercolor 6850.I was nearly feeling like this was a waste of money, when I realized that someone (not me!) had plugged my monitor into the Intel on-board graphics. No wonder my Windows Experience number was so bad.A quick reconnect, and I was finally seeing the benefit of the video card. The first benefit was the much better appearance of my desktop background, which is a download of a Skyrim game screen. Then I went to play Skyrim, and the computer told me it had upgraded the graphics rating to High. This meant that…

  • This thing is awesome, lets me play need for speed the run on high settings and brought my windows experience up to 7.4 for graphics and gaming graphics, for the price can't be beat.only other thought to help people out is this card is about 8 inches long so make sure you have enough room in your case, it barely fit in my rosewill challenger mid tower
  • The product came in good condition, is quiet, and raised my Windows Experience Index from 5.9 to 7.4 for graphic capabilities.

  • This 3D Graphic card is the best cost-benefit in the market so far, runs Batman Arkham City perfectly!!!!I recomend this item!!!
  • This is a great card beginners to intermediate gaming computers. It doesn't break the bank as much as the others out there on the market, factory overclocked, sweet metal design, fans are super quiet and it will play MOST games on high/ultra settings. Great deal, great card, great buy.

  • I wanted a card that could replace a somewhat "older" computer's card without spending a lot of money. This card not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. I am very pleased with the cost and perormance of this card.

  • [EDIT: Update: I am now running this with a Samsung 32 inch LN32D550, and it is a match made in heaven. Colors every bit as good as mentioned below, games are immersive and lag-free, and the sound through the HDMI cable on the Samsung is superb!]You can get plenty of game specs for this, but what excites me is how amazing the colors and punch of my older Samsung 22 inch LCD have become with this card. I'm using the DVI cable because the monitor does not have HDMI.Suddenly my photos look like National Geographic quality, Windows 7 various themes are jaw-dropping, and DVD's and Media Center TV are as rich as on a plasma. If you are into photo editing or anything else demanding great color and contrast,…
  • This card is a great value for people who want great gaming performance (assuming the rest of your computer is up to snuff), good drivers support, and don't want to spend a fortune on cards that cost more than they probably should.

  • Finally found a card that doesnt suffer from the Framerate bug. Tried ATi and other Nvidia cards and they all had issues particularly on CBS.This one does not appear to have the bug on my system, an added benefit is that Amazon videos now play which they did not with the built in video on my i3 540 Intel processor.Hdmi works as advertised.Works fine for light gaming.Doesnt seem to get particularly hot even with no fan and fits well in the htpc case as the cooling fins are no taller than an average card
  • I received this from Amazon last week and it fits beautifully in my low profile Dell 540S computer. The on board 1GB video memory makes the computer seem faster than the ATI Radeon 3450 that came with the computer. The main reason for the upgrade is that, when I went to two 24" monitors in the extended desktop mode, the ATI card would FREQUENTLY blue screen. This ASUS GT520 has been rock solid and never, ever 'blue screened.' ... and it comes with a great little low profile bracket that is EASY to install. (I just wrapped tape around the 3rd socket and let it dangle. THE GT520 easily replaces the original card and just slips into place. Unlike the experience of another reviewer, I did not…

ATI Radeon 9800 Pro Mac Edition Video Card 100-435058
  • After hosing an NVidia GeForce 4600 Titanium 128MB graphics card and my 20" Apple cinemascope LCD monitor by trying a demo of Quake 4 without checking the specs more carefully (yes, it was truly a bonehead move), I looked around for the best possible replacement graphics card for my PowerMac G4 FW800 DP-1.425 Ghz. One that would safely run Quake 4. All reviews and even Apple's own "geniuses" at the store recommended the ATI Radeon 9800 Pro Mac Edition. I paired it with a new 23" Apple HD display now selling at 1/2 the price it used to sell for. The results are sharp and the demos which showcase the graphics features are quite impressive for this now aging system now almost…
  • I use a Quicksilver (2002) Dual 1Ghz G4 Mac. this specific edition of the 9800 (which DOES have 256mb of vram) is the highest level video card you will be able to get for a Quicksilver mac. I used to be using a GeForce 4mx along with an old original Radeon PCI card. Now I use both heads on the same 9800 card (I could add a third on the old radeon if I wanted to). It works swimmingly! I've played all the way through Lego Star Wars (which says my pre-9800 configuration is at the bottom of the rung, but would not run on the GeForce). I only notice slowdown if I turn on the shadows effect. This slowdown has to do with the processor or AGP bus speed, and not the video card. This is the best thing…

MSI GeForce GTX560 1 GB DDR5 2DVI/Mini HDMI PCI-Express Video Card N560GTX TI TWIN FROZR II OC
  • I bought two of these the day the were released and running them in SLI. The cards look really good and the cooling is awesome. The overclocking software is easy to use. I have both mine clocked to 955mhz and running stable and cool.
  • This card ran well for the first two weeks. It overclocked to 1GHz without much trouble. But then I started seeing artifacts all over the place. Re-seating the card helped, but I don't want a graphics card that I have to re-seat every two weeks.Reviews on newegg.com indicate a high failure rate for this card. Reviews also indicate that MSI's RMA process is a joke, their tech support people are idiots, and their RMA cards are just janky refurbs. I wish I would have read the reviews over there before buying this.Luckily, I'm still within Amazon's 30-day return window. I'm going to just return this and go buy an EVGA GTX 560-Ti DS Superclocked card. The reviews for that card look much better, and…

Matrox TripleHead2Go Three-Monitor Graphics Expansion - Digital Edition T2G-D3D-IF
  • We use this brand at my job. They get hot very quickly and burn out after about 6 months. I have been forced to use these for about two years now. What a rip off. I truly hate these little fire boxes.
  • I originally bought the analog version of TripleHead2Go and was very happy with it but when the digital version came out I upgraded. I am currently using a 27 inch Samsung monitor in the center with 21 inch Samsung monitors on the right and left sides. When the pictures I posted were taken I was using three 21 inch Samsungs monitors and that worked really well as you can see but I wanted an even more immersive experience so I changed out the center monitor for a 27 inch. The pictures are from Lord of the Rings Online, Unreal Tournament III and one just using the triple monitors for normal day activities. I used to use the system to play World of Warcraft and it worked just fine. My home office…

  • I use my G5 every day for my graphic design business. As awesome as they may be, I am trying to put off the leap to an Intel-based Mac Pro for a while longer. I have decided to spend a few hundred bucks in upgrading the G5's graphics card, RAM and hard drive. This is an easy install, both card and software (check the company's web site for the latest, as the CD that shipped had an earlier version) gave me no problems. I think it is an inexpensive way to get another year or two out of a solid machine.
  • Works great on my PowerMac G5 1.8Ghz. This is a recommended product to those who are looking for a budget upgrade.

RADEONX1900 G5 Mac Edition ROHS/256MB Pcie
  • I user Aperture, Shake, Final Cut Studio, and needed something more than what the base card was in my Quad G5. I threw this card in and noticed a big difference in Aperture when looking at a large quanity of high end shots. I have over 100 gig of pictures in aperture so it is hiting the video pretty hard, plus they are in Raw format.Final Cut and Shake really hits the apps due to rendering and all the switching screens... I could not ask for a better after market card for the money. I just wish ATI would release some new drivers for the Card to utilize all the power. Driver Support is kinda bad.. but other than that it is nice card.
  • I bought this card to replace the stock video card (NVidia GeForce 6600) in my G5 Quad. Processing in Aperture was kind of pokey with that card and I was looking for an improvement. With the X1900 imports are about four times as fast (a huge, and welcome, surprise) and as I had hoped various editing features are also significantly improved.I did have a few drawing glitches with early versions of Leopard but these corrected themselves as Apple sent updates. The only downside to this card is noise; when it's being used hard (not only for Aperture but also video/DVD display) its fan really blows, making the Quad a whole lot noisier. For day-to-day use, though, it is fairly quiet. If you need more…

  • This is the best investment I've made in a while. For about 2 months I was researching in forums and looking the reviews of numerous sites and after evaluating all the information available the HD5870 was my pick (Btw I've always been a Nvidia fan)... Why?... Compared with the GTX 480 it use less power (130w difference under load is a lot) and the real improvement on FPS with the GTX 480 is about 10 to 15 and in some games is equal so in terms of money vs performance is not a great buy. At this moment Nvidia fans (like I was) reading this may say that FPS difference is higher and I say that is true but when playing with a lame AA 4x... Real gamers use AA at least at 8X and AF at 16X an that's…
  • Awesome card.... runs games like clockwork. I am very satisfied. I brought and got a little later than expected but it was worth the wait!
