  • I upgraded from a EVGA GeForce 9500GT 1GB DDR2 PCIe Graphics Card (01G-P3-N958-LR) to this and I have got to say there is almost a 4x difference in the performance. Windows score went from a 4.9 to a 7.3.This is a quiet card; even when under a heavy load playing Metro 2033 and Battlefield 3. The fan speed is adjustable which is nice because my old card would constantly overheat. One thing to note on this card is that the fan takes up about two slots. It would be a tight squeeze to fit in a network card in the PCI slot below this card.Overall it is a great card that works well.
  • The one thing I like about this card is that it does not need a really big power supply to run it. I have a low powered system witha 25 watt AMD Athlon 64 x2 270u which is their ultra low powered CPU desktop. Its actually surprised me with performance. So when myold XBox 360 up and died I decided to go back to PC gaming and just buy this card. I have not been disappointed so far. I've played Crysis without a problem although Crysis itself on a Windows 7 machines takes some tweaking to get it running decent. Its a older game.I had less problems with Call of Duty MW3 which plays well at higher settings. While this card is not meant to run everything at high resolutions. My monitor is a Dell 19"…
