  • I was surprised how much better World of Warcraft looked after installing this card. I am not a techie but had no trouble putting it in my computer. Everything went very well.
  • I have a brand new Gigabyte GA-EP45 motherboard. When I installed the EVGA 9800GT onto the PCI-E 16x slot, Windows XP refused to enable it from the Device Manager. The screen would go blank with a blinking cursor in the upper left corner of the screen when I tried. When doing a direct Nvidia driver installation, the screen would blank out during the installation. Windows XP would then revert to it's VGASave drivers which resulted in a slow computer! If I restarted the computer, it would freeze on the Windows XP start screen just before going to the desktop. Yet when the card was put in the PCI-E 8X slot it ran fine all around.I then tried a PNY 9600GT and RADEON HD4850 card which was fine at…
