VisionTek AMD Radeon HD 6870 1 GB GDDR5 PCI Express HD Video Graphics Card 900338 (Black with Red)
- Personally Visiontek is the most reliable gpu company to buy graphics cards from from my experience. I love the fact that I get a lifetime warranty (big kudos for resale value incase I have to upgrade many years from now). The graphics cards in general is reasonablly big for the performance its brings. At the price im getting, im able to play Battlefield Bad company 2 on Max settings, Red Orchestra 2 Beta on Max (Ultra on their options), and it benchmarks are indeed "leet" (How these newer generations say it now a days) at factory non-clocked settings (what more if its oc'd). I totally recommend this gpu for those who wants a bang for their buck.
- This card has been rocking out my newest games on the highest settings. It runs very quiet as the fan is often at 29 RPM.My only complaint is that the HD 6800 series cards are new and still do not support three-four displays unless the third and fourth are displayport connected. This caused me to spend another $30 on an Accell mini displayport to dvi adapter.
PNY - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express Graphics Card
- First let me start by saying that it is my mistake in thinking the XLR8 label immediately meant this was the same as all PNY 460 GTX XLR8 labeled cards. IT IS NOT. This version is not Overclocked. It comes with a 675 Core Clock vs the 765 Core Clock of the OC version, and a lower 37.8 Billion/sec Texture fill rate vs the OC's 48.4 Billion/sec, among other differences in performance. This is significant considering the price charged by Magstrading at the time I ordered is higher than the same card directly from PNY. This however is my fault for not checking there first. For the price charged by Magstrader you can pick up the OC version, which will be faster.WARNING !!!!WARNING !!!!At the time I edited this review Magstrading was charging $299 for this card. Please go direcly to PNY and grab it for under $140.

ASUS Radeon HD5450 Silent 512 MB GDDR2 Low Profile Graphics Card EAH5450 SILENT/DI/512MD2(LP)
- This card was relatively easy to install and the cost (with rebate) made it an excellent buy. This card has enabled the use of OnOne Photo Suite 5.5 and I've had no problems with it since I installed it six weeks ago. The company was also very quick and professional in handling the rebate. I recommend this card and the ASUS company.
- I have three of these ACES video cards. Two 512Meg DDR2, and One 1G DDR3. I find no difference in them for my Netflixs watching. There is a big difference in picture quality over the motherboard video out in my Dell GX620 computers. The sound is better to, and no need for audio cables. The HDMI cable has both audio and video and it works perfect on Windows XP, just plug and play. I get a full picture using about 1900 X 1200 display on my 56", 50" Samsung HDTV's and 32" Viseo HDTV. It's $20 after rebate ordering it hear on Amazon.com.
